We operate 24 hours a day, seven days a week; we are always available when you need us.

We employ our own skilled and courteous phlebotomists so we don’t have to rely on an outside service to meet our needs – and neither do you.

Result information is provided quickly with same day results. All critical values are called immediately. Result reports are comprehensive and easy to read and can be delivered via web or facsimile.

We provide STAT service for our clients.

Our monthly infection control reports are comprehensive and contain considerable data. Should you have a specific infection control issue, you may speak with one of our microbiologists.

Standing orders can be maintained by Brookside, eliminating repetitive paperwork for your staff.

We provide in-services, along with resources, on topics specific to the laboratory. In addition, you will receive up-to-date information regarding medical necessity and any other state and federal regulations.

Our monthly reports include patient utilization and test statistics; information to track quality assessment indications.

We do all of our own billing which includes third party and HMOs patients.

At your invitation, we will attend your QA meetings.
